Some plastics for special applications are very expensive and cannot be used in an extrusion process getting produced.

In order to still be able to produce blocks for milling, we have developed a special technique.

This is an absolutely special procedure.

The process was developed in such a way that plastic blocks can be manufactured fully automatically on standard injection molding machines.

For this purpose, the tool is equipped with a control that enables variable layer thicknesses and variable block thicknesses to be set.

The dimension of the blocks are so hardly set limits.
