COMPRESSION GATING

This process was developed to separate a film sprue from the component during the injection compression molding process.

The result is a component with no visible injection marks. In addition, you have the advantage of a broad connection and the resulting low-stress component filling. The Compression gating technology we mainly use it for transparent components such as front panels, TV front screens or glass replacement mirrors.

In the case of components with openings, where weld lines usually occur, the gating with compression gating can be placed specifically in such openings.

Thus, an injection compression process without a weld line and without the use of variothermal mold temperature control tool surface possible.
