Almost all of them have direct injection plastic components the preferred type of gating, as it avoids waste from cold sprues.

Unfortunately, this is not possible with many components due to their shape.

Direct injection is also avoided with some engineering plastics. Through consistent optimization of the hot runner technology used and a special design of the connection in the tool, we were able to solve these demanding tasks.

In addition to high-gloss applications with PC such as Makrolon or Laxan, we are also able to do PC-PET and PC-PBT blends without direct impairment.
